During an inspection operation at a market in the municipality of Olhão, officers from the Guard inspected several stalls that were selling counterfeit items, including clothing, which were seized.
The operation resulted in the preparation of a report for counterfeiting and the identification of a 56-year-old woman. The facts were reported to the Olhão Judicial Court.
The National Republican Guard (GNR) recalls that the main objective of this type of action is to ensure compliance with industrial property rights, essentially aiming to combat counterfeiting, illegal use of brands, and the sale of counterfeit items.
