Born in Gloucester UK to Polish parents, christened Christine Eva Kolodziej attended an English school but only Polish spoken at home.

She moved to Maidenhead and finished her schooling at the Covent. Trained as a nurse at St. Luke’s Hospital Maidenhead, did her Palliative Care and district nursing, later working on theatre’s as a recovery nurse. Had a daughter and son by her first marriage, married Ken in 1997 became Windsor branch President of the N.F.R.N. in 2000.

Came to Portugal 2004 did some Palliative care to help Luzdoc, working on their stand at a number of exhibitions, also the nurse on trips for CASA for several years.

The funeral is taking place on 23.8.24 at the All Saints Church in Lagoa.
