When nightclub singer, Deloris Van Cartier, witnesses a murder, she is placed in protective custody in the last place her gangster boyfriend might find her - a convent - where, disguised as a nun, she finds herself at odds with the strict lifestyle and the even stricter Mother Superior. In a tale full of hilarious and heartwarming twists and turns, she helps her fellow sisters find their voices as she rediscovers her own.

Based on the Touchstone Pictures Motion Picture “Sister Act” written by Joseph Howard, this amateur production is presented by arrangement with Music Theatre International.

Sister Act will be playing at the Carlos do Carmo Auditorium, Lagoa on November 14, 15 and 16 at 7:30 pm with a matinée on Sunday, Nov 17 at 2 pm.
