The different projects, scheduled to open by 2027, cover more than 50 thousand square meters of gross area and 45 stores, and among other features and “will have a significant impact on the social and economic fabric of the regions in which they are located”, says the group.

After the parks in Ponte de Lima, Évora and Alcantarilha, “the company moves on to other projects, given the growing interest in this format”.

Of the new developments announced, the Póvoa de Varzim retail park, scheduled to open at the end of 2025, will be the largest: with a gross lettable area of ​​21,000 square meters (m2), it will have 550 parking spaces and 20 stores.

The opening of Felgueiras Retail Park is scheduled for the first half of 2025 and the project has eight stores, already fully commercialized, a gas station and an area designated for housing, comprising 104 apartments in a private condominium.

The Cantanhede Retail Park will appear by the end of 2025, with around 6 thousand square meters of gross leasable area, with six stores.

The Azores Retail Park represents the group's entry into the archipelago, with opening scheduled for the first quarter of 2026.

“The cornerstone of this project with around 15 thousand m2 of GLA [gross leasable area] was launched on November 22nd, covering 11 stores”.

According to the group's executive president (CEO), Vítor Rocha, “post-covid, the need for people to shop in larger spaces, with more practical entry and exit from the store, directly to the outside, has increased”.
