Considered to be the “largest portfolio of supermarkets in
Portugal”, valued at around €150 million, this is a portfolio that includes 44
Pingo Doce stores, a Continente, a Mini Preço, a restaurant, a plot of land, a
store and a “standalone” asset, located mainly in Porto, Lisbon and the
Algarve. The current owner is the German company Trei, belonging to the
Tengelmann Group.
According to ECO, the assets in question represent more than
eight million euros in annual rents. “Project Amália”, as it is called, has
been marketed since April by the consultancy CBRE, being presented to investors
as an “opportunity to acquire the best portfolio of supermarkets with the best
performance” in the country.
There are, in all, 50 assets, covering a total area of
68,196 square meters (m2). According to the teaser, the seller's goal is to
"sell this portfolio through an equity deal."
Unfortunately it is not a Spanish company selling their portfolio in Portugal.

Why bother with these supermarkets. I grow my own fruit and veg, catch javali and deer and rabbits, fish in the river, free spring water from the font, goats and sheep cheese and food. For booze home made wine and moonshine from the alambique. And the wacky tabaky crop. Yeah man life is good. I only buy dunny paper from the se supermarkets lol
