Lisbon: Some intermittent cloud cover is forecast for Saturday when temperatures are to peak at 31 degrees and fall to lows of 19 degrees. On Sunday clear skies are expected with the temperatures remaining the same. From Monday the cloudy spells are to return with temperatures increasing to highs of 34 degrees.
The north: Saturday will be feeling slightly cooler with some cloud cover and highs of 33 degrees. On Sunday the cloud is to clear and temperatures are to rise to highs of 35 degrees with lows of 17 degrees. From Monday intermittent cloud cover is predicted each day with average highs of 35 degrees.
The centre: A very hot weekend is forecast with clear skies and thermometers peaking at 30 degrees each day, dropping to nightly lows of 21 degrees. From Monday some light cloud cover is expected but temperatures are to remain at average daily highs of 39 degrees with average nightly lows of 21 degrees.
The south: The clear skies and high temperatures are to continue in the South with highs of 33 degrees on Saturday and of 32 degrees on Sunday. Nights are to remain tropical over the weekend and into the following week with average nightly lows of 22 degrees. From Monday some cloud cover is expected.
Madeira: Sunshine and intermittent cloud is forecast for the weekend with daily highs averaging 30 degrees and nightly lows hitting 24 degrees. It will however be feeling a little cooler thanks to northerly winds.
The Azores: Cloud cover on Saturday is to increase on Sunday when temperatures are to average highs of 28 degrees and lows of 22 degrees. The chance of rain is to continue into the next week but temperatures will remain mild.
