“The transaction involves the sale by SC Investments to the company ACO Cedar, managed by Arrow Global Group,” said a statement, which adds that among the assets is the management of the hotels Aqualuz Troia Mar & Rio and The Editory By The Sea.

The deal, whose values ​​were not disclosed, includes the management of “the operations of Troiaresort, Troia Golf, the concession of the Troia marina, Atlantic Ferries (concession of the public river transport service between Setúbal and Troia), as well as a set of real estate assets, including those with development potential”.

Quoted in the document, the executive president of Arrow Global Portugal, João Bugalho, noted that the holding company has “looked for investment opportunities in Portugal” to continue growing and that Troia has “enormous potential for development and value creation”.

SC Investments operations manager Pedro Bruno noted that this operation “is the culmination of 25 years of remarkable work” by the holding company, which has directly invested more than 300 million euros in the project since 1999.

The transaction is subject to compliance with the usual procedures, awaiting approval from the Competition Authority.
