During the Easter weekend, the present restaurants will be using lamb as the main ingredient in many varied dishes inspired by traditional recipes and those passed on over generations, according to the city hall of Évora.
Dishes such as lamb in the oven with roasted potatoes, lamb stew, grilled chops and lamb head in the oven, among others, can all be found at the festival. In a promotional incentive, the festival will also be having a prize draw - for every €10 spent on dishes of the participating restaurants during the festival, customers will receive a ticket to enter a draw for a €50 voucher, which can be used in one of the restaurants present at the festival at a later date.
