A plane made an emergency landing today between the beach of Cortegaça and Maceda, in Ovar, in the district of Aveiro, without causing any injuries, according to a source from the Sub-regional Emergency and Protection Command Civil of the Aveiro Region.

The alert for the occurrence, which was identified as an air accident, was given at around 1:00 pm.
According to the same source, the pilot managed to land the plane “safely and with no injuries reported”.
The causes that forced the emergency landing of the aircraft are not yet known.
