A sector source told Notícias ao Minuto that diesel fuel is expected to rise by 1.5 cents per litre, while simple 95 petrol is expected to increase by 3.5 cents per litre.

"If the forecasts for next week are confirmed, the average price of simple diesel fuel should stand at €1.636/l while that of simple 95 petrol should rise to €1.77/l", reveals the ACP.

The ACP recalls that "these forecasts are made based on the assumption of maintenance of the extraordinary tax reduction measures applied by the government, to mitigate the increase in prices".
