In a press release, Ryanair explains that the route between Lisbon and Tangier is one of five new routes announced for this summer for the Portuguese capital, along with Alicante, Madrid, Poznan, and Rome.

“Ryanair is delighted to officially launch our first flight from Lisbon to Tangier. This route will operate six times a week from May 2nd, offering our customers in Lisbon even more options at low fares”, said Elena Cabrera, Ryanair's communications director for Portugal.

According to the official, this summer, Ryanair will operate 38 routes to and from Lisbon Airport, including the new route to Tangier.
