Following the success of previous editions, Chef's Table returns to Pine Cliffs Resort, in Albufeira, for its fourth edition. The programme takes place in April and May and brings together four of the most renowned Portuguese chefs for signature dinners dedicated to national cuisine, shares NiT news.
The 2025 edition will feature the presence of Rodrigo Castelo, Ricardo Costa, Vasco Coelho Santos and Rui Paula, who will take on the role of hosts in four exclusive dinners at MIMO Algarve, a restaurant with a terrace at Pine Cliffs Resort.
The dates for the events have already been set: 11 and 25 April and 23 May. Each evening, a tasting menu created by one of the guest chefs will be served. The programme also includes wine pairing and a welcome cocktail.
The first night will take place on 11 April and will feature Rodrigo Castelo, chef at the Ó Balcão restaurant in Santarém, in a concept that focuses on zero waste, with the creative use of all ingredients.
On 25 April, the dinner will be prepared by Ricardo Costa, chef at The Yeatman Hotel, in Porto. On 9 May, it will be Vasco Coelho Santos' turn, from the Euskalduna restaurant, also in Porto. Known for his sensory gastronomic experiences, he will present a menu focusing on the five senses.
The last night of the event will take place on 23 May and will be hosted by Rui Paula, chef at the two Michelin-starred Casa de Chá da Boa Nova restaurant. For this dinner, the chef will be offering dishes that explore the flavors, textures and aromas of his roots, with some recreations.
Each dinner starts at 8pm and costs €195 per person. Reservations are now available via the resort’s official website.
